You will meet with a rental agent/property manager to discuss rental properties, lease agreements, tenant & landlord rights and obligations, property management services and costs
Real Estate Agent
You will spend part of a day looking at real estate for sale and discuss the pros and cons of buying versus renting.
International Medical Insurance Specialist
You will meet with the billing agent representing a our largest local hospital and learn how you can use your medical insurance/Medicare from your home country

Start by looking through our Blog on Assisted Living Homes and contacting homes to discuss if they are a fit for you or your loved one (we can help with recommendations). Then make appointments to view (or ask us to make the appointments for you) and we'll go together and view the facilities. Spanish is never a problem as our bi-lingual team is always here to support you and help you in understanding the information you are receiving.
